About Jeff

Jeff has called Colorado home for the past 26 years, having lived across various parts of Metro Denver and Boulder. With a background in the Technology Industry as a Software Developer, he successfully launched and has been running an online business for over 12 years. His personal journey in real estate has had its ups and downs, but those experiences have fueled his passion for the industry.

In his early years, Jeff missed out on a significant investment opportunity due to a lack of knowledge about down payments. However, he later purchased his first condo in a rapidly growing neighborhood, which doubled in value. This success allowed him to fund the construction of a custom home with immediate equity. Always intrigued by real estate, Jeff pursued his license to invest locally.

However, during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, his plans took a new direction. He and his wife explored local condos and eventually bought their first property in Mexico.
