Nathan's family needed to upsize their Longmont, CO home to accomodate his parents and his growing family. At first we looked to build in Boulder County. But, both land and custom building costs proved to be too high. We then turned our attention to exising homes and found a gorgeous home with enough space for more children and a fully outfitted walk-out basement apartment. It was ideal.
